Artist Pam Gale grew up in Farmerville, LA. She is a self-taught artist, beginning to draw and paint in elementary school. "Being artistic, one's mind and heart are on a constant merry-go-round. You want to express your emotions and put them on a canvas to share with everyone. Everything I paint has meaning - there is a story behind every brushstroke."
Over her 50-year career, Pam has sold hundreds of paintings. One of her more famous works is "Freedom Interrupted © ," a painting expressing 9-11, which is included in the George W. Bush Presidential Library and at Ground Zero Fire Station.
In galleries, Pam has displayed many works of wildlife of The Great Smoky Mountains, she has painted/drawn hundreds of portraits, and has painted multiple murals at United States military bases throughout the world.
As a self-taught artist, Pam is quite diversified, creating in oils, pastels, charcoal, and acrylics.
